The OUHK welcomes its 13th alumni body – the Chinese Medicinal Nursing Association (Alumni). An inauguration ceremony was held recently and attending the ceremony were Dean of School of Nursing and Health Studies Prof. Joseph Lee Kok-long and teachers of the School. The Association is opening its doors to new members. All graduates of the Master of Nursing (Chinese Medicinal Nursing) programme are welcome to join.

2. Putonghua Association (Alumni) 8th anniversary celebration

The Putonghua Association of the OUHK (Alumni) celebrates its 8th Anniversary at a luncheon held at the Metropark Hotel Mongkok on 2 September. Advisors of the Association Prof. Tian Xiaolin, Prof. Tang Zhixiang and Mr Jiang Zhizhong were invited to the luncheon and had an enjoyable catch-up with the members.

3. The MBA Association of OUHK celebrates 22nd anniversary

The Annual General Meeting cum 22nd Anniversary Dinner of the MBA Association of OUHK was held on 15 September. Ir Wong Wai-man Raymond, Lecturer of the Division of Building Science and Technology of the City University of Hong Kong and Mr Choi Kwok-chung, Assistant Commandant (Technical Rescue) of the Fire and Ambulance Services Academy, were invited to be guest speakers. Mr Wong talked about the infrastructure development of Hong Kong whilst Mr Choi shared his fire rescue experiences .
