MBA Association's 2-day exchange tour to Shenzhen and Guangzhou
The MBA Association organised a trip on 23 to 24 September to Shenzhen and Guangzhou to provide participants a window into industrial development trends in mainland China. The tour attracted nearly 40 members and alumni to participate.
First up was a visit to the Shenzhen Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Industry Association where the participants were given an overview on the latest development of drones. Afterwards, they had an opportunity to visit the production line of outdoor backpacks. 'The Association is committed to connecting our members. Every year, we organize various activities so as to expand members' social network, as well as strengthen their bonding with the University. All alumni of OUHK's MBA programmes are welcome,' said Chairman Ms Linda Yip.
The 12th Anniversary Celebration of the Alumni Society of the School of Arts and Social Sciences
2017 marks the 12th anniversary of Alumni Society of the School of A&SS. A celebration party cum annual general meeting was held on 22 October in North Point.
'We are pleased that so many alumni and current students of the School came to celebrate the 12th anniversary of the Society. In the days ahead, we will continue to organize various activities for our members and support the future development of our alma mater,' said Mr SP Chan, Chairman of A&SS Alumni Society.
