In October 2024, the ITO launched a pilot deployment of Microsoft Copilot, an AI-powered productivity tool designed to enhance office automation and streamline daily workflows for Schools and Administrative Offices. A hands-on training workshop was held on 30 October 2024 to equip pilot users with the skills needed to use the AI tool in their tasks.
