Aims

This course aims to enhance students' knowledge, analytical skills and critical thinking through their participation of individual research projects.

Contents

  1. Select a field and research topic
  2. Literature review
  3. Draft research proposal
  4. Presentation of research proposal
  5. Ethical clearance (if necessary)
  6. Data collection
  7. Data analysis
  8. Draft research report
  9. Presentation of research findings
  10. Finalise the research report

Learning support

Face-to-face lectures will be conducted in this course.

Assessment

No examination. Three assignments will be included in this course.

Students are required to submit assignments via the Online Learning Environment (OLE).
