The OUHK Great Speakers Series is a distinguished public lecture series featuring prominent speakers from various sectors. Through broadcast as part of the Open for Learning programme on TVB Pearl, it is accessible by all in Hong Kong, turning all of Hong Kong into an OUHK lecture hall.     InfoDay for Postgraduates and Flexible Learning  
   

Information sessions of programmes will be held, where visitors can explore their preferred flexible learning mode, meet OUHK teaching staff and browse through learning materials. There will also be advisory services on course selection, credit exemption and financial assistance.

    RIDCH Symposium 2017 — Culture and the Humanities in the Digital Age: China Focus  
   

Co-organized with Tin Ka Ping Centre of Chinese Culture, RIDCH Symposium 2017 aims to promote interest in and interaction among academics on the latest developments of culture and the humanities in the digital age, with a focus on China. International scholars and professionals from creative industries are invited to speak on the impact of digitization on society and the arts. Interested parties are welcome to join.

    OUHK souvenirs for sale at Information Centre  
   

From now on, OUHK souvenirs are available for sale at the Information Centre on the ground floor of Ho Man Tin Campus. These include silk ties, silk scarves, hard cover notebooks, folding umbrellas and luggage scales. Only cash is accepted.

 

 
     

      

 
    Knowledge Network Highlight – Special Educational Needs  
   

Under the existing policy of integrated education, students with special educational needs (SEN) will be admitted to mainstream schools. The free courseware 'Special Educational Needs' will help you understand more about the support that SEN students need. It will discuss the characteristics of a few major types of SEN students, which will throw light on the effective teaching strategies and methods for them.

Congratulations to all graduates of 2016! The Alumni Affairs Office (AAO) has introduced several delightful initiatives for the new graduates to enjoy. At the 25th Congregation, a variety of digital photo frames were available for graduates and their families to use as props for photo-taking. In addition, professional photography service at a discounted price provided by Sense Production on Ho Man Tin campus was arranged earlier this month. The AAO also joins hands with the Student Affairs Office to set up some decorations on both the Ho Man Tin campus and Jockey Club campus for graduates to take photos.
