The programme aims to cultivate students' awareness of Chinese and Western literary traditions, and to develop their abilities in critical thinking in order to achieve bilingual competence. Students may opt for specialization in Chinese or English. The programme is designed to equip students to meet the challenges arising from the ever-changing complexities of the business world, mainly in the Chinese community, by integrating case studies and practical knowledge in the curriculum.     Green Cuisine Competition  
   

The Alumni Affairs Office cordially invites all OUHK members to join this green recipe design and cooking competition. Interested parties please:

share your recipe with a YouTube demo video (up to 10 minutes in duration) or an illustration (photo and text),

submit your work to the designated Facebook page of this competition,

send in the enrollment form with a name for your dish highlighting the 25th Anniversary of the OUHK.

 
     

First ten eligible teams to enter the competition will be given a 25th Anniversary souvenir. Five finalist teams will be selected from a public poll for proceeding to the finale to be held on 2 March 2014 (Sun).
