Master of Arts in Applied Translation  
 

With a mix of translation practicum and principle, the programme offers students a variety of learning experiences. From critical readings to different applications in the translation field, such as translation of literature, media, business and social sciences texts, they will have opportunities to enhance language capabilities and translation techniques.
 

 
   

  

 
         
   
 
Full-time degree programmes in Creative Arts  
 

Covering the four major streams of Creative Writing and Film Arts, Animation and Visual Effects, Photographic Digital Art, and Creative Advertising and Media Design, the four-year full-time creative arts honours degree programmes aim at nurturing students' creative talents and abilities to realize creative ideas and produce arts works that can be of appreciation and utilization values in the industry.
 

 
   

  

 
         
   
 
JUPAS programmes  
 

The OUHK will offer a range of full-time programmes through JUPAS scheme in the 2014-2015 academic year. Students with Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) results (past and/or current) can submit their applications via JUPAS website on or before 3 December 2013.

Master of Business Administration (face-to-face mode)  
 

The programme is designed to equip students to meet the challenges arising from the ever-changing complexities of the business world, mainly in the Chinese community, by integrating case studies and practical knowledge in the curriculum. The seminar on 'Testing and Certification: From an Engineering Perspective', which was held by the OUHK last month as a sequel to the University's efforts in nurturing professionals to meet the industry needs in recent years, has attracted hundreds of practitioners and members of the public. At the seminar, speakers including Legislative Council member, industry leaders and government representatives recognized the industry's potential in future development.     Green Cuisine Competition  
   

The Alumni Affairs Office cordially invites all OUHK members to join this green recipe design and cooking competition. Interested parties please:

share your recipe with a YouTube demo video (up to 10 minutes in duration) or an illustration (photo and text),

submit your work to the designated Facebook page of this competition,

send in the enrollment form with a name for your dish highlighting the 25th Anniversary of the OUHK.

 
     

First ten eligible teams to enter the competition will be given a 25th Anniversary souvenir. Five finalist teams will be selected from a public poll for proceeding to the finale to be held on 2 March 2014 (Sun).
