Information sessions on distance learning, e-Learning, and part-time face-to-face programmes will be held. Visitors can meet OUHK teaching staff and browse through the learning materials. There will also be advisory services on course selection, credit exemption and financial assistance.

    Knowledge Exchange Conference: Knowledge Transforming Society  
   

Sponsored by the University Grants Committee (UGC) and jointly presented by the eight UGC-funded institutions, the Conference will provide new insights on how higher education institutions along with industry, business, the public sector, non-governmental organizations, and schools, etc., could work together to address the many complex issues facing Hong Kong and the region. The Conference also incorporates the '3+3+4' Symposium on Knowledge Transfer.

    Donate $6,000 towards OUHK New College Project
─ 'Name a Desk' to show your support
 
   

The OUHK cordially invites all its community members to give us support towards the construction of the New College. To speak our appreciation, the OUHK has launched a 'Name a Desk' fundraising campaign. For each donation of $6,000 or above, the donor's name will be printed on a desk at one of the lecture halls of the New College as an acknowledgement.
 

 
   

         

 

 
 
  Certificate in Basic Chinese for Non-Chinese Speakers (eLearning Programme)  
   

  Use Putonghua/Mandarin in daily conversation.

 
   

  Be able to recognize and read about 200 Chinese characters.

 
   

  The programme comprises five courses and students can take single courses according to their specific needs.

 
   

  No entry requirement except that learners should be proficient in English which is the learning medium.

 
   

  The next course will commence on 6 December. Application deadline is 1 December.
