Entry Requirements: Holders of Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in a computing directly related area from a recognized institution

Use Putonghua / Mandarin in daily conversation.

No entry requirement except that learners should be proficient in English as it is the learning medium.

A new series of 'Open for Learning' educational TV programme, which covers a wider spectrum of topics, will be launched in April. Highlights include 'MPF Investment Education' talk series, a seminar on 'NLP Techniques for Job Interviews', an international conference on 'Water Resource and Water Quality Management', a seminar on 'The Writer as Translator: On the Creative Aesthetics of Gao Xingjian', and other literature programmes about drama, fiction as well as poetry.

'Open for Learning' is shown on TVB Pearl every Sunday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Due to programme rescheduling, 'Open for Learning' will be cancelled on 27 March while each broadcast in April (3, 10, 17 and 24 April) will be extended by an hour.
 

 
 

    

 

 
 
    Alumni Link Talks – Legal Talks Series  
   

The Alumni Affairs Office of the Public Affairs Unit has invited three lawyers to volunteer to conduct three legal talks in May. The talks, to be conducted in Cantonese, are to raise fund for the OUHK Alumni Scholarship and Bursary Fund. Those who have donated $200 or more will receive a set of admission tickets for attending all the three talks.

The Royal Chocolate Tasting Workshop, organized by the Alumni Affairs Office of the Public Affairs Unit on 17 February, has been well received by alumni with many pledged to become regular donors of the Alumni Scholarship and Bursary Fund for the next three years.
