Face-to-face classes are back this academic year! President Prof. Paul Lam encouraged new HKMUers in orientation sessions and, together with Vice President (Student and Support) Prof. Ricky Kwok, handed out snacks and drinks to students to wish them a good start.

 

 

Secretary for Education Dr Choi Yuk-lin recognised HKMU’s ‘Education for All’ mission at the celebration ceremony. Click the video to find out more about SOL.

 

 

New records were set again in terms of both the total amount presented and the number of beneficiaries, demonstrating support from the community.

 

 

The University has just set up the official Hong Kong Metropolitan University Alumni Association Limited, and a new Development and Alumni Affairs Office is coming on 1 Oct.

HKMU was granted over HK$13 million for projects under the Faculty Development Scheme (FDS), achieving the highest funding amount of all self-financing institutions under the scheme.
