    Great Speakers Series  

The OUHK Great Speakers Series is a distinguished public lecture series featuring prominent speakers from various sectors. Through broadcast as part of the Open for Learning programme on TVB Pearl, it is accessible by all in Hong Kong, turning all of Hong Kong into an OUHK lecture hall. Full-time face-to-face programmes information sessions and advisory services on course selection will be held. Applications for full-time programmes will be accepted and admission interviews for some programmes will be arranged on-the-spot. Non-JUPAS applicants and parents are welcome.

    OUHK Marathon Team  

Formed by OUHK students, alumni and staff, the OUHK Marathon Team is all set to gear up for the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon on 12 February. To support them, the OUHK Runners Club has organized a series of running workshops. If you see any marathoner in the OUHK T-shirt on the event day, be sure to cheer them up!


    Knowledge Network Highlight – Air Pollution Management  

Air pollution is a global problem and no one can escape from it. This free courseware, Air Pollution Management, introduces the causes and effects of air pollution.       Master of Education in English Language Teaching  

This is a one-year full-time programme specially designed for postgraduate students to deepen their understanding of applied English linguistics as well as theories and practices of English language learning and teaching. Graduates of the programme will have gained a strong academic foundation in practical English language teaching skills and expertise in teaching English in a variety of contexts.

The School of Education and Languages offers language studies programmes in English language and Chinese language, as well as a number of language enhancement courses in English, Chinese and Putonghua. These language enhancement courses last for one to two semesters only and are suitable for those who wish to enhance their language proficiency in social, academic and workplace contexts.
