Application for change of programme in the 2026\/27 academic year<\/u><\/strong><\/h5>
Application period: 4 May 2026 to 29 May 2026 (both days inclusive)<\/strong><\/h5>

An undergraduate student who wishes to change his\/her programme shall submit an application, as prescribed by the University, with supporting documents to the Registry, and his\/her application shall be approved at the discretion of the Schools concerned.<\/p>

Once your change of programme application has been approved and processed, you will NOT<\/u> be permitted to withdraw the request or return to your previous programme.<\/strong><\/p>

Application should be submitted through the online application form (here<\/a>) with relevant supporting documents for your academic qualifications and English Language proficiency (if applicable).<\/p>

Please note that application for change of programme is not applicable to the followings:<\/p>

a. Change to an applied degree programme.<\/p>

b. Change to a programme under the ‘Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions \/ Sectors’ (SSSDP)<\/a>.<\/p>

c. Change to a programme offered by the School of Nursing and Health Sciences.<\/p>
