Continuous Assessment Results (OCAS)

You can go to MyHKMU of the HKMU website (Current Students) and refer to the section on 'Assessment Results' to check your individual assignment scores.  Your overall continuous assessment score will normally be available one week before the respective examination period.

You are strongly recommended to check your assignment scores and/or overall continuous assessment score (OCAS) online before an examination.  Should you need to make queries regarding submission of assignments or assignment score, please contact your course coordinator/course teacher for Postgraduate or Undergraduate courses.  For queries or appeals against an assignment score of the Part-time (Distance Learning) courses, please refer to the relevant Student Handbook and follow the procedures under the 'Assessment Regulations'.

Course Results Announcement

Appeal Against Course Results

Students can check their course results normally around three to five weeks after the examination period via MyHKMU of the HKMU website (Current Students).  If students believe that an error has been made during the determination of their course results, they can lodge an appeal by submitting a cheque of HK$650 (per course) as the administration fee together with the completed Form E-AR ‘Application for Appeal Against Course Results’ to the Examinations and Assessment Office of the Registry by the stipulated deadline.  Late application will NOT be proceeded.

Course Certificate

Students who have obtained an overall pass result and gained the respective number of credits from a course offered by the University can apply for a Course Certificate by submitting the completed Form E-CC 'Application for Course Certificate' together with a fee HK$50 (per course) to the Registry.
