Applicant may appeal against the assessment results within FOURTEEN (14) working days after the result has been released to applicant. A written letter \u201cAPPLICATION FOR APPLEALING AGAINST ASSESSMENT RESULTS\u201d setting out the grounds of the appeal and the Appeal Fee (as listed in the \u201cFees Schedule\u201d) shall be reached to the Assessment Agency.<\/p>

  1. Applicant has the option to personally answer questions and provide information in respect of the appeal to the Assessment Agency.<\/li><\/ol>
    1. After reviewing all the information relating to the case of appeal, decision will be made if the appeal is justified within 14 days and such decision will be final and conclusive.<\/li><\/ol>

      If the appeal is successful, the Appeal Fee will be refunded to the applicant, otherwise, the applicant will not be refunded for any fees paid. Applicant will receive a letter \u201cRESULT OF APPEAL AGAINST ASSESSMENT RESULTS OF RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARING IN TESTING, INSPECTION AND CERTIFICATION\u201d within EIGHT (8) weeks from the date of the application received.
