During the assessment (including checking the documents, products and achievement submitted by the applicant), assessment decisions are made which based on the following guidelines:<\/p>

  1. Appropriateness<\/li><\/ol>

    Evidence can be deemed appropriate only if it is related to UoC(s) specified in the corresponding cluster at an appropriate QF level.<\/p>

    1. Validity<\/li><\/ol>

      Evidence is validated by relating it to the relevant UoC(s) to ensure that it adequately re\ufb02ects the requirements.<\/p>

      1. Timeliness<\/li><\/ol>

        Applicants must be able to prove his\/her current capacity. If the applicant provides evidence from some time ago, the assessor need to consider whether the methods of work or the technology has changed with time. If the applicant has not used the skills for some time, he \/ she will be required to prove the ability does not regress.<\/p>

        1. Sufficiency<\/li><\/ol>

          Evidences provided by applicants must relate to the relevant cluster(s) to be assessed, and can demonstrate the competency of the applicant. If the evidence only shows a one-off ability, the applicant should be required to prove their abilities in different working environments and in more than one condition \/ occasion.<\/p>

          1. Authenticity<\/li><\/ol>

            The authenticity of the evidence was established by having a statutory declaration signed for the information provided, and by verifying applicant's working experience and relevant experience from their employer(s) or organization(s).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
