Open Learning, was successfully held on April 28, 2026.\u00a0Designed to help students relieve exam stress, the event offered a tranquil space to recharge and face academic challenges with composure.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The workshop began with an introduction to\u00a0sound-healing principles and a\u00a0mindful-breathing\u00a0exercise to calm the mind. Under\u00a0the\u00a0guidance, students\u00a0practised\u00a0self-striking techniques, using the resonance of the bowls to release initial physical tension.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The session\u00a0then\u00a0transitioned into\u00a0a group &#8220;sound massage&#8221; guided by the instructor and four\u00a0mentors.\u00a0Students took turns tapping the bowls\u00a0together, feeling the deep vibrations\u00a0help\u00a0their stress melt away.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Students shared highly positive feedback, noting that the session offered a rare moment of serenity amidst their high-pressure studies. By learning to focus on the present through sound therapy, participants not only relieved their stress but also gained valuable techniques to enhance their
