To support you through these exam challenges, the School of Open Learning is organising a &#8220;Pre-Exam Recharge: Singing Bowl Sound Therapy Workshop&#8221; to help you decompress.<\/p><p>In this 1.5-hour workshop, our instructor will introduce the fundamental principles of singing bowls and guide you through meditation by placing and striking bowls on different chakras of the body. You will also have the chance to work in small groups, taking turns providing sound massages for one another.
