Aromatherapy has become a popular way to relieve stress and lift your mood. To help students ease academic and daily pressures, the School of Open Learning will organize an \u201cAromatherapy Stress Relief workshop\u201d.Through scent and guided meditation, you can restore your inner calm.<\/p><p>In this 1.5\u2011hour workshop, our instructor will introduce the basics of aromatherapy and guide you through a relaxing aromatic meditation.
