class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The &#8220;Resonance of the Soul: Singing Bowl Relaxation Workshop&#8221;, organized by the School of Open Learning, was successfully held on 19 November 2024. The event drew in over 20 participants who are interested in this experiential class.<\/p><p>Throughout the event, the instructor provided a detailed introduction to the history of singing bowls, their effectiveness in relaxing the mind and body, and their therapeutic benefits, while also teaching students the proper techniques for using the singing bowls.<\/p><p>Engaged in the class, students followed the instructor&#8217;s guidance to strike and rub the singing bowls, experiencing the vibrations produced and feeling the changes in their bodies.<\/p><p>Students expressed that the activity was meaningful. Not only did they experience the therapeutic effects of singing bowls on their mind and body, but also provided them with the opportunity for collaborative learning and networking among
