It is a flagship conference organized by HKMU annually with the aims of providing a platform for sharing quality research, effective practices and well-formulated views relevant to open and innovative education; facilitating networking and cross-institutional collaboration among researchers and educators in fields of educational innovation and\/or openness; and promoting studies and advancements in open and innovative education.<\/p><p>This year marks the 10th anniversary of the conference series, and it will explore relevant key issues, with a special focus on the innovative pedagogical mode: agile-blended learning. Agile-blended learning is an innovative pedagogical mode that combines online and face-to-face learning with flexibility, personalization, collaboration, and feedback. It aims to enhance student engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes in various educational contexts.<\/p><p>The conference will feature keynote speeches, paper presentations and a forum.
