class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u5404\u4f4d\u540c\u4e8b\uff1a<\/p><p>2024\u5e742\u6708\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u90fd\u4f1a\u5927\u5b66\u83b7\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08\u57ce\u89c4\u4f1a\uff09\u6279\u51c6\u4f7f\u7528\u5e76\u53d1\u5c55\u5e38\u76db\u8857\u4e0e\u4f5b\u5149\u8857\u4ea4\u754c\u7684\u659c\u5761\u7528\u5730\uff0c\u4ee5\u5174\u5efa\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u6559\u5b66\u7efc\u5408\u5927\u697c\u2014\u2014\u300c\u9999\u6e2f\u90fd\u4f1a\u5927\u5b66\u793e\u533a\u5065\u5eb7\u67a2\u7ebd\u300d\uff08HKMU Hub for Community Health and Wellness\uff0c\u7b80\u79f0 HCHW\uff09\uff0c\u4e3a\u6821\u56ed\u53d1\u5c55\u63ed\u5f00\u65b0\u4e00\u9875\u3002<\/p><p>\u6279\u6838\u901a\u8fc7\u540e\uff0c\u5927\u5b66\u968f\u5373\u6210\u7acb\u7531\u6821\u8463\u4f1a\u4e3b\u5e2d\u62c5\u4efb\u4e3b\u5e2d\u3001\u5e76\u6c47\u805a\u6821\u5185\u4eba\u5458\u53ca\u5916\u754c\u4e13\u5bb6\u7684\u300c\u53d1\u5c55\u7763\u5bfc\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u300d\uff0c\u5c55\u5f00\u5404\u9879\u524d\u671f\u7b79\u5907\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p><p>2024\u5e746\u6708\uff0c\u5927\u5b66\u59d4\u4efb\u4e25\u8fc5\u5947\u5efa\u7b51\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u4e3a\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u5efa\u7b51\u987e\u95ee\uff0c\u5e76\u59d4\u4efb\u5229\u6bd4\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u4e3a\u5de5\u6599\u6d4b\u91cf\u987e\u95ee\uff0c\u4e3a\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u4e13\u4e1a\u89c4\u5212\u5960\u4e0b\u91cd\u8981\u57fa\u7840\u3002<\/p><p>\u5176\u540e\uff0c\u65b0\u6821\u820d\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u4e00\u822c\u5efa\u7b51\u56fe\u5219\u5df2\u4e8e2025\u5e744\u670811\u65e5\u63d0\u4ea4\u5c4b\u5b87\u7f72\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u540c\u5e746\u670811\u65e5\u83b7\u5f97\u6279\u51c6\u3002<\/p><p>2025\u5e7412\u670818\u65e5\uff0c\u5927\u5b66\u4ea6\u987a\u5229\u5b8c\u6210\u5730\u57fa\u5de5\u7a0b\u53ca\u6316\u6398\u4e0e\u4fa7\u5411\u627f\u6258\u5de5\u7a0b\u7684\u627f\u5efa\u5546\u62db\u6807\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p><p>\u4eca\u5929\uff0c\u6211\u5f88\u9ad8\u5174\u5ba3\u5e03\uff0c\u300c\u793e\u533a\u5065\u5eb7\u67a2\u7ebd\u300d\u65b0\u6821\u820d\u9879\u76ee\uff08\u659c\u5761\u7528\u5730\u9879\u76ee\uff09\u7684\u5730\u5951\u5df2\u4e8e2026\u5e742\u6708\u6b63\u5f0f\u6279\u51fa\uff0c\u76f8\u5173\u7528\u5730\u5df2\u79fb\u4ea4\u5927\u5b66\uff0c\u5de5\u7a0b\u73b0\u5df2\u6b63\u5f0f\u542f\u52a8\u3002<\/p><p>\u5728\u57ce\u89c4\u4f1a\u6279\u51c6\u540e\u7684\u4e24\u8f7d\u5bd2\u6691\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u5927\u5b66\u4e00\u76f4\u4e0e\u76f8\u5173\u653f\u5e9c\u90e8\u95e8\u4fdd\u6301\u7d27\u5bc6\u6c9f\u901a\uff0c\u79ef\u6781\u63a8\u52a8\u5404\u9879\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u52a1\u6c42\u5728\u5b8c\u6210\u6240\u6709\u6240\u9700\u6587\u4ef6\u53ca\u624b\u7eed\u540e\uff0c\u8ba9\u5de5\u7a0b\u5c3d\u5feb\u52a8\u5de5\u3002<\/p><p>\u9879\u76ee\u603b\u697c\u9762\u9762\u79ef\u9884\u8ba1\u7ea6\u4e3a31,770\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\uff0c\u8bbe\u65bd\u5c06\u5305\u62ec\u73b0\u4ee3\u5316\u56fe\u4e66\u9986\u3001\u5927\u578b\u793c\u5802\u3001\u5bbd\u655e\u7684\u6f14\u8bb2\u5385\u3001\u5148\u8fdb\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u53ca\u8bfe\u5ba4\u3001\u591a\u7528\u9014\u4f53\u80b2\u9986\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u591a\u5143\u6559\u5b66\u4e0e\u5b66\u751f\u6d3b\u52a8\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p><p>\u65b0\u6559\u5b66\u7efc\u5408\u5927\u697c\u5c06\u900f\u8fc7\u884c\u4eba\u5929\u6865\u7f51\u7edc\u8fde\u63a5\u8d5b\u9a6c\u4f1a\u5065\u5eb7\u62a4\u7406\u5b66\u9662\u53ca\u5927\u5b66\u4e3b\u6821\u56ed\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u96c6\u6559\u80b2\u3001\u7814\u7a76\u4e0e\u521b\u65b0\u4e8e\u4e00\u4f53\u7684\u6d3b\u529b\u67a2\u7ebd\u7fa4\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u52a0\u5f3a\u5927\u5b66\u4e0e\u793e\u533a\u7684\u8fde\u7cfb\u3002<\/p><p>\u6574\u4e2a\u5efa\u9020\u5de5\u7a0b\u9884\u8ba1\u5386\u65f6\u903e\u56db\u5e74\uff0c\u671f\u95f4\u6216\u4f1a\u5bf9\u6821\u5185\u6210\u5458\u53ca\u9644\u8fd1\u5c45\u6c11\u5e26\u6765\u4e00\u4e9b\u4e0d\u4fbf\u3002\u6073\u8bf7\u5404\u4f4d\u4f53\u8c05\u4e0e\u5305\u5bb9\uff0c\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u643a\u624b\u89c1\u8bc1\u5927\u5b66\u4e0e\u793e\u533a\u8fd9\u4e00\u6781\u5177\u610f\u4e49\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u65b0\u7bc7\u7ae0\u3002<\/p><p>\u6821\u957f<br
