For Local Students studying Full-time Sub-Degree and Bachelor's Degree Programmes<\/em><\/strong><\/p>

Government Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP) and Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

The\u00a0two Government Financial Assistance Schemes,\u00a0FASP<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0NLSPS<\/a>,\u00a0for the 2025\/26 Academic Year are now open for online applications. Interested students should submit your applications through the “eWFSFAA<\/a>” e-service platform administered by the Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency. Please refer to the\u00a0FASP\/NLSPS Online Demonstration<\/a>\u00a0for more details on the application procedures.<\/p>

Additional Academic Expenses Grant for Students with Special Educational Needs<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

Eligible applicants confirmed by a relevant professional as having special educational needs and who have passed the means test of FASP will be offered an additional academic expenses grant.\u00a0\u00a0For eligibility and more details, please visit the Student Finance Office (SFO) website<\/a>.<\/p>

Please note that the application deadline for the above schemes is\u00a016 January 2026 (Friday)<\/u>. As the approval process takes time, the Government Student Financial Office recommends early submission of applications<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>
