Navigating university life brings exciting opportunities, but it can also come with stress, uncertainty, and emotional challenges. Our counselling service offers a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about anything that’s on your mind\u2014whether it’s academic pressure, homesickness, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling lost.
