🕺🏽青年聚點：踏上博物館工作者之路 2025
在此次為期兩日的活動中，我們首次集結 M+ 來自藏品及展覽部、策展部以及博物館營運部的工作者，分享工作經驗和個人反思，讓有意在文化藝術領域工作或準備申請 M+實習計劃的你，獲得更多對於未來路向的啟發。
🟡5 月 17 日 – 藏品及展覽
⏰ 14:00–17:00
第一部分：解析研究中心
在此對談中，你將到訪研究中心以及藏品庫，與來自檔案及圖書館的團隊交流，深入了解檔案藏品與圖書資源的保存及管理工作。透過接觸珍貴的印刷品、設計繪圖及照片等一手文件，你將了解檔案藏品如何記錄藝術家的創作歷程，以及怎樣利用圖書資源幫助藝術研究和追溯 M+的歷史，讓公眾更全面地認識博物館及館藏。
第二部分：焦點短講
來自藏品及展覽部的工作者將帶你進入展廳，圍繞當期展示的藏品或展廳，介紹藏品的修復及管理，以及展覽的設計及佈展等工作，分享博物館幕後工作點滴。
🔵5 月 24 日 – 策展及博物館營運

第一部分：解析展覽策劃
從展覽的策劃初期，到後期的數碼內容製作，以及舉辦不同公眾活動，整個策展部如何緊密合作，讓展覽得以呈現人前，並與參加者建立聯繫？在此對談中，你將與來自策展事務、數碼內容與策劃、以及教學及詮釋團隊的博物館工作者交流，了解他們如何策劃內容，並根據參加者的需求設計互動策略，帶來多樣博物館體驗。
第二部分：焦點短講
來自策展部的工作者將帶領你進入展廳及博物館不同空間，從個人經驗和反思出發，以短講形式講述策劃展覽、製作博物館節目和展示。而來自博物館營運部的工作者將介紹博物館商品設計及營銷，以及訪客服務等前線工作，分享與公眾互動的故事與工作點滴。你將認識不同的幕後團隊如何合作，為大家帶來更精彩全面的博物館體驗。
🧚🏼「青年聚點」透過定期舉辦工作坊、對談及講座，鼓勵青年勇於探索和交流，多角度觀察習以為常的事物。
🎈Young People Meet-Up: Mapping Out a Museum Career 2025
M+ Museum is delighted to announce the upcoming career sharing event, Young People Meet-Up: Mapping Out a Museum Career 2025, taking place on 17 and 24 May. This event aims to inspire and inform young people interested in pursuing careers in the arts and cultural fields, as well as those preparing to apply for the M+ Internship, launching in late May.
Workshop Details
From exhibition planning to public programmes, various departments collaborate to maintain the daily operations of the museum. For the first time, professionals from three M+ departments—Collection and Exhibition, Curatorial, and Museum Operations—will come together over the span of two days to share their professional experiences and personal reflections. This initiative aims to provide valuable insights into potential career paths in the museum industry, catering to those interested in pursuing careers in the cultural and arts field or preparing to apply for the M+ Internship.
