Project-based Industrial Investigation Programme (PIIP) Summer Cohort

PIIP is an experiential learning programme that aims to provide students a practical platform to apply the knowledge gained in classrooms to real-world corporate projects. It is an experience that provides students a way to showcase what you have learned from the university to tackle real problems encountered by companies and also enriches your profile for future career development.

Design of PIIP is multifaceted consisting of:

  • a series of 2-hour online workshops in July & August to prepare your research ability, presentation skill and report writing skill
  • meeting with company to understand their project requirement
  • group consultation and mentoring sessions (total 16 hours) to guide you through the project step by step from scratch
  • 20 minutes presentation to company and a 2-page written report in English

Eligibility:

  • All HKMU full-time undergraduate students
  • Willing to learn and show commitment to complete the PIIP

Application Method:

Please complete the online application form and upload your English CV through this LINK by 17 June 2022.   Late application and incomplete application will not be considered.Zoom interview will be arranged directly by our organizing partner, Stargazers Consulting (Email: enquiry@stargazersconsulting.com.hk) around late June or early July 2022.    If you didn’t receive any zoom interview invitation email sent by Stargazers Consulting by end June 2022, it deems that your application is unsuccessful.

Remarks:  PIIP is eligible for the Subsidy Scheme for International Internship of HK$12,000 and a Certificate of Completion will be awarded.
