Generation Z is aspiring, creative, and enjoys high autonomy. Instead of looking for high-paid jobs, these passionate youths desire to integrate their interests, ambitions, and beliefs into their businesses. However, in reality, the constraints and limitations seem to make the purposeful ambition of social entrepreneurship difficult to achieve.
To support these youths, Fullness Social Enterprises Society (FSES) launched Innovator Farm (IF Program) – a tailor-made program for youths aged 15 to 25, providing necessary social entrepreneurship support to them. The IF Program propels youths forward to actualize their visions, explore their futures career, and unleash their abilities.
Training events of Innovator Farm Prototype (2022 Intake 2) will be taking place from October to December 2022. Participants will acquire practical skills and knowledge for social entrepreneurship and build their social network by meeting up with experienced business mentors and like-minded young entrepreneurs. More importantly, they will have the opportunity to pitch their innovative ideas to get up to HK$100,000 grants on Pitching Day.
This year, we are organizing a FREE interactive workshop for the first time to better facilitate youths who haven’t got any concrete ideas yet. Participants can join experiential social enterprise workshops and human library sessions, and co-create social innovation prototypes by design thinking. Apply on or before 15 October 2022 (Sat) – first come, first served!
