Career Accelerator Programme

Career Accelerator Programme (CAP) is a structured scheme that offers an array of out-of-classroom learning opportunities for high-flyers to develop new skills, expand their social network, represent the University and ultimately prepare for their future careers. CAP is composed of two levels which are the MetroScholar Club (MSC) and the Student Ambassador (SA).

MSC provides enrichment activities to stimulate freshmen’ interest in co-curricular learning and allow them to understand themselves. Meanwhile, SA is a premium programme that equips high-potential Year 2 or 3 non-final year students with essential career readiness skills, empowers students to represent the University on various occasions and grooms tomorrow leaders who can thrive in the ever-changing business world. Outstanding SA will be nominated for overseas study tours and diversified experiential opportunities.
