The Class Scheduling & Tutors Team is tasked with providing administrative services for class scheduling, tutor-student group allocation and provision of tutor information to students.<\/p>

  • To effectively administer the work of class scheduling and venue booking for undergraduate, taught postgraduate and distance learning programmes\/courses from the collection of course requirements for scheduling, programme-course information to compilation of programme\/course timetable for students and academics.<\/li>
  • To handle allocation of tutorial groups for students and tutors e.g. application of class reallocation by students, tutorial group allocation for resit\/defer exam students, etc.<\/li>
  • To provide effective administrative support in maintaining tutor information provided to students.<\/li><\/ul>
