Biography
Ms. CHAN obtained her Bachelor of Arts from The University of Hong Kong, Master of Business Administration from The University of New South Wales, and Master of Arts from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is also a Chartered Marketer of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Certified Practising Accountant of CPA Australia, and an accredited General Mediator of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre & Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited.
Ms. CHAN has extensive experience in corporate communications, marketing and brand building in the public and higher education sector. Before joining this University, she was the Director of Communications and Public Affairs in the Lingnan University, overseeing all matters relating to strategic planning, public relations, brand building, marketing, event management, website development and publications. Prior to the appointment, she served as the Associate Director of Communications and Public Affairs in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and coordinated different campaigns and initiatives for enhancing the brand image of the university.
