Access Metaso Website

a. Navigate to the website: https://metaso.cn/;
b. Click 登錄 / 註冊 (Log in/Sign up) to access or register an account (Note: For Hong Kong phone numbers, change the +86 prefix to +852 before entering the phone number).

Perform an AI Search

a. Enter a query into the main search bar on the homepage;
b. Click the dropdown menu to the left of the search bar to select a search scope, such as 全网 (All Web), 学术 (Academic), or 文库 (Documents);
c. Click the dropdown menu next to the search scope to choose a model, such as 极速 (Express) for quick answers or 長思考 (DeepSeek R1) for detailed analysis;
d. Click the Search button to begin the search;
e. Examine the generated result and the list of 來源 (source materials) displayed on the right-hand side panel;
f. Click the 聽講解 (Listen to the result) button to play the generated audio.

Create Interactive Learning Videos

a. Select 今天学点啥 (Learn Something Today) from the menu on the left-side menu;
b. Enter a topic, search term, or paste a URL into the input field and press Enter (Note: The URL must be accessible in Chinese Mainland in order for Metaso to generate learning material);
c. Select the knowledge level from 初学者 (Beginner), 进阶者 (Advanced), or 专家 (Expert);
d. Choose a desired explanation style, such as 课堂 (Classroom), 讲故事 (Storytelling), or 精读 (Close Reading);
e. Click 确定 (Confirm) to generate the learning content;
f. Click the Play button to view the generated learning video;
g. Click the 原文对照 (Original Text Comparison) icon to view the generated text content side-by-side with the video;
h. Click the 提問 (Ask AI) button from the right-side menu and chat with the AI.

Analyse Documents via Bookshelf

a. Select 书架 (Bookshelf) from the menu on the left-hand side;
b. Select the 讲解 (Explain) tab at the top of the page;
c. Click a learning material history to review or use the delete icon to remove the history;
d. Click the + 上传文档来讲解 (+ Upload document to explain) box to upload a file from a local device (Note: Supports PPTX, PDF, DOC, MD, EPUB, MOBI, etc.);
e. Await the completion of the analysis to receive an AI-generated explanation of the document.
