    This guide outlines how to create educational materials, adapt content, draft communications, and generate interactive study aids using Magic School AI.

    Access Magic School AI Website

    a. Navigate to the website: https://www.magicschool.ai/;
    b. Click Login or Sign up free to log in or register;
    c. Select an identity between Student and Teacher.

    Create Lesson Plans

    a. Select Magic Tools > Teacher Tools from the left menu;
    b. Click Create Custom Tools;
    c. Select a tool, such as Lesson Plan;
    d. Input the requirements, including the Name, Description, Grade Level, and Topic;
    e. Click Next;
    f. Enter the additional instructions in the input field and click Next;
    g. Enter the Topic, Standard, or Objective in the input field;
    h. Click Prompt Assistant;
    i. View the improved prompt and click Accept Prompt;
    j. Click Generate to produce the lesson plan;
    k. Review the generated lesson plan and use the Refine options to make adjustments;
    l. Click Save to save the changes.

    Adapt Text Reading Level

    a. Select Magic Tools > Teacher Tools from the left menu;
    b. Input Text Leveler in the search bar and press the Enter key;
    c. Click to enter the selected tool;
    d. Specify the target grade level in the dropdown list and paste the original text into the input box (Note: The word limit is 75,000);
    e. Click Generate to review the adapted version of the text.

    Create Emails

    a. Select a tool from the Magic Tools > Teacher Tools tab, such as the Professional Email tool;
    b. Enter an Author Name and provide context in the input fields, including the Purpose, Key Points, and Tone;
    c. Click Generate to draft the email;
    d. Review and click Edit to personalise the generated text, then click Copy.

    Create Study Bots

    a. Navigate to the MagicStudent > Rooms tab from the left menu;
    b. Click Create Room to set up the class;
    c. Select a chatbot from Study Bot, AI Literacy Bot, or Student Support Chatbot;
    d. Configure the name, description, grade level, and student's needs;
    e. Click Preview and test the chatbot in the splatted section;
    f. Click Save to Room;
    g. Set the Room Name and click Save Room;
    h. Select Join URL, Google Classroom, or Join Codes to share the created room.
