This guide outlines how to use the Eduaide AI resource generator, manage generated content, and revisit historical creations.
Access Eduaide AI Website
| a. | Navigate to the website: https://www.eduaide.ai/; |
| b. | Click Get Started for Free to register or access an account using a Google account or email address. |
Generate Resource from Templates
| a. | Click Generator on the main navigation bar to access the resource library; |
| b. | Browse categories such as Planning, Assessments, or Group Activities using the secondary navigation bar; |
| c. | Select a resource card, such as Engagement Activities, Lesson Seed, or Backward Design (UbD) Organizer; |
| d. | Select the student level from the dropdown menu at the bottom-left; |
| e. | Choose the input method by selecting the Topic, Document, or Website tab; |
| f. | Input a subject into the text field, drag-and-drop a file into the designated area, or paste a URL into the provided field (Note: The file size must be less than 3MB); |
| g. | Click the Generate button to create the resource; |
| h. | Click edit to modify the generated content within the workspace editor and click Save after finishing; |
| i. | Click Export and select an option, such as Copy to Clipboard, Word document, or Google Drive. |
Manage and Revisit History
| a. | Click History on the main navigation bar to view all previously generated resources; |
| b. | Search for a specific resource by name using the Search icon at the top of the list; |
| c. | Click the three-dot menu on the right side of a resource's row to open a list of actions; |
| d. | Select an option from the menu, such as Load to Workspace to continue editing, Add to Chat to refine with the AI teaching assistant, Make a Copy to duplicate it, or Delete to remove it (Note: The AI teaching assistant requires a subscription plan upgrade). |
