    This guide outlines how to use CloudConvert to convert files between different formats and save entire webpages as PDF documents for offline access.

    Access CloudConvert Website

    a. Navigate to the website: https://cloudconvert.com/ (Note: No login is required to use the basic features of CloudConvert).

    Convert Files Between Formats

    a. Navigate to the File Converter section on the home page;
    b. Click the two dropdown lists to select the input file format and the target file format;
    c. Click the Select File button to upload a file from your computer, or use the dropdown arrow to add a file from a URL or cloud storage (Note: Supported cloud storage includes Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive);
    d. Click the spanner icon to adjust conversion options, such as the output file quality;
    e. Click the red Convert button to begin the conversion process;
    f. Click the Download button to save the converted file.

    Save Webpages as PDF Files

    a. Click Tools in the top panel;
    b. Navigate to the Capture Websites section and select the Save Website as PDF tab;
    c. Paste the full URL of the webpage into the input field;
    d. Configure the PDF settings in the Options menu (Note: Settings include page size and margins);
    e. Click Add URL;
    f. Click Capture Website;
    g. Click the Download button to save the PDF file to your device.
