  1. The personal data collected about you will be used for processing your application for enrolment, registration and all academic and administrative purposes.<\/span><\/li>
  2. If you do not provide the data requested, we may be unable to process your application.<\/span><\/li>
  3. Personal data held by the University related to you will be kept confidential but they may be transferred to a third party providing services to the University in relation to the above purpose.<\/span><\/li>
  4. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (“the Ordinance”), you have the right to request access to and correction of personal data held by the University related to you.<\/span><\/li>
  5. If you wish to make access to or correction of your personal data held by the University , please make such request with the standard forms provided by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data or the University.
