Li Ka Shing School of Professional and Continuing Education (LiPACE) HKMU LiPACE signs articulation agreement with Fanshawe College

Hong Kong Metropolitan University Li Ka Shing School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKMU) signed the articulation agreement with Fanshawe College in Canada, which establishes the programme progression and graduation requirements for successful applicants from HKMU LiPACE transitioning to Fanshawe College.

The agreement was signed by Dr Benjamin Chan, Dean of HKMU LiPACE, and Ms May Pierce, Dean of Lawrence Kinlin School of Business, Fanshawe College. Dr Benjamin Chan expressed, “I am delighted to see that HKMU LiPACE has entered into a partnership with Fanshawe College to provide articulation and exchange opportunities for students and staff. We value the strength of Fanshawe College as a leading polytechnic institution in Canada and look forward to learning from them about their best practices and initiatives in vocational education. I am certain this collaboration will bring many benefits to the two sides.” Ms Mary Pierce also shared similar excitement about the collaboration, “We are excited to enter into this partnership with Hong Kong Metropolitan University. We feel this partnership will open up opportunities for students studying in Hong Kong to gain applied international academic and work experience here in Canada. We look forward to welcoming our first students from Hong Kong Metropolitan this upcoming academic year!”
