In view of the latest development of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the following arrangements and precautionary measures are in place:
1. Library opening hours
Starting from 3 May 2022, the opening hours of the libraries on HKMU campus will be as follows:
| Library|| 3 May - 12 June|
(Exam Period arrangement)
| Stanley Ho Library, Main Campus|| 9:00 am to 10:00 pm|
| Ho Sik Yee Library, Jockey Club Campus|| 9:00 am to 10:00 pm|
2. Campus libraries open to HKMU active students and staff only
The HKMU campus libraries will provide access to HKMU active students and staff only starting from 15 January 2022 until further notice. For those who are affected by this arrangement, the Library will extend the validity of their Library Reader’s/Borrower’s Ticket based on the duration of the restricted access period accordingly.
3. Wear a mask when entering the Library
All users are required to wear a mask at all times in the Library for their own and others' protection. Users who refuse to wear a mask will be asked to leave the Library immediately. Repeated violators will have their access to the campus libraries suspended for 7 calendar days.
4. Maintain social distancing
All library users are required to maintain social distancing when using the campus libraries.
Any updates to the above arrangements will be posted on the Library website. For more information about the arrangements and access control measures of the University, please visit the HKMU COVID-19 Info Hub. For enquiries, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
