Biography

Bill graduated from the Monash University with a Master’s degree of Information Management and Systems.  He has substantial experience in Library development and management in both academic and special libraries.  He begun his professional librarian career as the E-resources and Serials Management Librarian in the Lingnan University, later the Medical Librarian at The University of Hong Kong.  Bill has also worked for the Legislative Council Library as the Senior Librarian.  He is now leading the Collection Development Division of the HKMU Library.
