About Student IT Helpdesk\/Hotline<\/h2>

\u00a0Information Technology Office has set up several hotlines<\/strong>\u00a0to handle IT service enquiry\/problem for students. Common enquiries and problems are: opening hours and facilities of PC Laboratories\/Computer Centers, password problem, PC hardware problem inside Teaching Laboratories and PC Laboratories\/Computer Centers and Information Security concerns. For enquiry\/problem which cannot be solved in this front line support service, the enquiry\/problem will be raised to next higher level for follow up.\u00a0Student can also report any abnormal IT related matters by\u00a0email<\/strong>, for example, phishing email, account problem and intermittent network service.\u00a0<\/p>
