Conference activities are cancelled or reorganised if the signals are still in force:<\/p>\r\n

• at 6:30 am — for activities before 2:00 pm<\/p>\r\n

• at 10:00 am — for activities between 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm<\/p>\r\n

• at 2:00 pm — for all activities on that day<\/p>\r\n <\/td>\r\n\r\n

Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\r\n

All conference activities must stop.<\/p>\r\n

Black Rainstorm Warning<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\r\n

Conference activities already in progress will continue.<\/p>\r\n <\/td>\r\n\r\n

Conference activities are to be held as scheduled if the signals are lowered:<\/p>\r\n

• before\/at 6:30 am — for all activities on that day<\/p>\r\n

• before\/at 10:00 am — for activities at 2:00 pm and after<\/p>\r\n

• before\/at 2:00 pm — for activities at 6:00 pm and after<\/p>\r\n <\/td>\r\n <\/tr>\r\n <\/tbody>\r\n<\/table><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
