Professor Tsang is an esteemed physiotherapist with an impressive range of clinical experience across various sectors of physiotherapy service, specializing in geriatric physiotherapy. Before taking on the role of Head of the Department of Physiotherapy at Hong Kong Metropolitan University, he served as Associate Head and Associate Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Presently, Professor Tsang holds the position of Associate Dean (Development and Strategic Relationships) within the School of Nursing and Health Sciences. In addition, he serves as the Chairman of the Hong Kong Physiotherapy Registration Committee and is a member of the Physiotherapists Board in Hong Kong.
In addition to Professor Tsang's contribution to the Physiotherapy program of the School of Nursing and Health Sciences, he also plays an importance role in the development and entrepreneurship of the HKMU Physiotherapy Centre Limited, maintains the quality of the physiotherapy centre as a subsidiary of the University.

His professional interests include manual therapy and exercise therapy for chronic musculoskeletal pain, which underscores his dedication to enhancing patient health and wellbeing. Titus also has a keen interest in advancing community health management, which mirrors his comprehensive approach to healthcare. His unwavering dedication, extensive expertise, and patient-oriented approach make him an invaluable member of the HKMU Physiotherapy Centre.

HKMUPC is pleased to welcome Mr. Anthony Lau to our team as a part-time physiotherapist. Anthony is a seasoned professional with over three decades of clinical experience in the field of musculoskeletal rehabilitation and chronic pain management. Throughout his career in physiotherapy, he has cultivated a special interest and expertise in Manual Therapy and Acupuncture. In addition to his role at HKMUPC, he also serves as a Senior Lecturer in Physiotherapy at the HKMU School of Nursing and Health Studies. His vast experience and expertise will undoubtedly be a valuable addition to our team.
