To sharpen our service quality, please be informed that the service counter for L&F will be relocated from Facilities Management Unit (Facilities Management Office) at Room A1016, 10\/F, Cheng Yu Tung Building (Block A) to the Security Control Rooms<\/strong> of Main Campus (MC) and Jockey Club Campus (JCC) and the Security Control Counter<\/strong> of Jockey Club Institute of Healthcare (IOH) respectively with effect from 21 January 2021 (Thu)<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Service hours will be extended from 09:00-18:00 to 24-hour<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>

Please contact the Security Control Room at Room C-141 (MC) or Room E0G07 (JCC), or the Security Control Counter on G\/F (IOH) for<\/p>

1. submission of Report Form<\/em> if you have lost something valuables or items with personal data at OUHK (e.g. USB, wallet, octopus card, mobile phone and laptop, etc.);<\/p>

2. claiming of valuables or items with personal data; or<\/p>

3. found items of lost valuables or items with personal data.<\/p>

Claim of sundry supplies items (e.g. umbrella, water bottle, stationery and glasses, etc.) will be reminded at the Self-Service Corner for Sundry Items on MC, JCC and IOH.<\/p>
