smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe within our campuses including both indoor and outdoor perimeters at all times.<\/p><p>And commencing from 1 January 2026, fixed penalty is revised to $3,000 and the statutory non-smoking areas expands to within 3 metres from entrances \/ exits of University campuses.<\/p><p>Users may seek assistance from our security guards if any violation on the
