For Full-time Students (AY2025\/2026)<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/div>

All active full-time students are eligible applicants of student lockers. Please read the following information carefully before application.<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
1. Application Details<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>

Students shall submit locker application online via the link indicated below during the application period. Lockers would be assigned to successful applicants by lot (*Not first-come, first-served basis). Student submitting more than one application will be disqualified from the locker application exercise.<\/strong><\/p>

Step 1: Submit online application (3 \u2013 8 Sep 2025)<\/strong><\/p>

Successful applicants will be drawn by lot.<\/p>

Step 2: Settle the payment (Online: 11 \u2013 15 Sep 2025)
<\/strong><\/p>

Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email with payment link on 11 Sep 2025.<\/p>

Step 3: Notify the locker number (18 Sep 2025)<\/strong><\/p>

Lockers would be offered to successful applicants who have made valid payment.<\/p><\/div>

2. Rental Period and Fee <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
Full-time students may rent student lockers in AY2024\/2025 as follows:<\/div>

3. Conditions of Offer<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
a. <\/span><\/span>Each student is entitled to use 1 student locker in each academic year. Students submitting more than one application will be disqualified from the locker application exercise.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
b. Lockers would be assigned to applicants by lot<\/strong> (*Not first-come, first-served basis). Students cannot select the locker location and locker number. <\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
c. <\/span><\/span>Lockers would be offered to successful applicants who are active students and have made valid online payment upon submission of application. No refund would be arranged upon successful application regardless of duration of use. <\/span><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
d. Accurate and true information must be provided during application. Otherwise locker allocation procedure might be affected and resulting in the delay of rental period commencement date. No refund will be arranged in such circumstance. <\/span><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
e. User withdrawing from his\/her course or terminating his\/her studentship during the rental period must vacate the locker within 1 week from the date of withdrawal\/termination. Beyond such period, any occupancy would be considered as unauthorized use. <\/span><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
f.<\/span><\/span>Users are obliged to vacate the assigned lockers on or before the last day of the abovementioned rental period. Upon the end of rental period, Facilities Management Office reserves the right to cut open the locker and handle the found items according to the University's policies. The University shall in no circumstances be responsible for the safe-keeping of any items found in the locker, or held liable for any loss or damage in connection therewith.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
g.<\/span><\/span>When unauthorized use of lockers is observed, Facilities Management Office reserves the right to cut open the lockers and handle the found items according to the University's policies. The University shall in no circumstances be responsible for the safe-keeping of any items found in the lockers, or held liable for any loss or damage in connection therewith.<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
h.<\/span><\/span> Right of using the lockers is not transferable. Facilities Management Office should be notified if student decides to give up the right of use (Tel: 3120 2413).<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>
