Terms and Conditions 條款及細則

• The “Vote for Your Portal at Main Campus” (referred as “poll” below) is hosted by Facilities Management Office. The poll is held from 27 Sep – 8 Oct 2023.
• By participating in the poll, participants will be deemed to agree to the following terms and conditions set by the FMO.
• 「投選你的都大門廊」 (下稱「投票」) 由校園設施管理處主辧。 本投票由2023年9月27日至10月8日舉行。
• 凡參加投票即參加者同意接受由本部所訂立的條款及細則約束。

Eligible Participants 合資格參加者

• Only HKMU active full-time students / staff are eligible to take part in the poll. An active full-time student refers to a student who is currently enrolled in a full-time course in 2023 Autumn term (September 2023).
• If any information provided by the participants is wrong or unclear or registered repeatedly, the FMO reserves the right to cancel the prize entitlement.
•  所有香港都會大學在學全日制學生均可參加本投票。在學全日制學生指的是在2023年秋季學期(2023年9月)有報讀香港都會大學全日制課程的學生。
• 若參加者填寫的資料有錯漏或不正確或重覆提交，本處保留取消有關得獎者的得獎資格之權利。

Registration 登記

• Join the poll via the designated link.
• Must provide the personal information for registration.
• Each eligible student / staff can only participate in the game once and can only enter the lucky draw once.
• If the same student / staff ID number is found to have been submitted to the game repeatedly, the FMO will disqualify such participants.
• 於指定連結參加投票。
• 須提供個人資料參加是次投票。
• 每位同學 / 職員只可參加一次投票及參加一次抽奬。
• 如發現同一學生 / 職員證號碼重複參加本投票，本處會取消該參加者資格。

Result Announcement 結果公佈

• Winners will be notified by email to their student / staff email accounts.
• 所有得獎者將會通過學生 / 職員電子郵件帳戶收到領獎通知。

Prize Redemption 領取獎品

• All prize winners must collect the prizes within the designated prize collection period. The FMO reserves the right to re-allocate the prize after the deadline.
• All prizes given out by the FMO are non-transferable and prizes may not be exchanged for other service(s).
• There is no cash alternative and the prizes must be taken as offered. The FMO reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of an equivalent value should the Quiz prizes become unavailable for any reason. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept his/her prize then The FMO reserves the right to award the prize to another winner.
• No warranty or maintenance service will be provided for the prizes.
• 所有得獎者必須在指定的獎品領取期內領取獎品。本處保留在截止日期之後重新分配獎品的權利。
• 所有本處送出之獎品均不可轉讓、不可兌換其他服務。
• 得獎者不得要求轉換其他獎品，及不可將獎品兌換現金。 如果投票獎品因任何原因無法獲得，本處保留替換同等值獎品的權利。如果任何得獎者因任何原因無法接受他/她的獎品，則本處保留將獎品授予另一名獲獎者的權利。
• 所有獎品均不會提供保養或維修服務。

Personal Data 個人資料

• All personal data of the participants collected in the game will be kept confidential and used for the game related promotion matters only.
• The FMO staff will take photos of the prize draw winners and prize presenters during prize collection. The photos may or may not be used in FMO promotional materials, at the discretion of the FMO.
• 在本投票中收集的所有參加者的個人資料將被保密並且僅用於與本投票有關的所有宣傳事項。
• 本處於得獎者領獎時為其及頒獎人拍照。本處可決定是否將照片用作日後宣傳用途。

General 一般事項

• The FMO reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any winners that it deems to be in breach of the above Terms and Conditions. Decision made by the FMO shall be final.
• In case of any inconsistencies between the English version and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
• 本處保留自行決定取消其認為違反上述條款和細則的任何得獎者的得獎資格。本處保留最終決定權。
• 本條款及細則的中、英文版如有任何差異，均以英文版本為準。
