data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dr. Eric Chong, Head of the Department of Education, School of Education and Languages, has been awarded a seed funding by the Children's Identity and Citizenship European Association (CiCea) to lead a four\u2011society comparative study on how school teachers understand and teach \u201cgood citizenship.\u201d<\/p><p>This international research project brings together scholars from Hong Kong, Hungary, Turkey, and Greece to explore how teachers interpret the concept of \u201cgood citizenship\u201d and the ways they put these ideas into practice in citizenship or civics classrooms.
