We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Arts and Social Sciences:

Major Duties and Responsibility
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

• providing logistics or on-site support for the events of the School of Arts and Social Sciences; and
• taking up design work for the School’s website and publicity materials.

Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

• current full-time undergraduate students of the University;
• very good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua;
• self-driven, positive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility; and
• experience of providing assistance in large-scare events / designing leaflets / posters is preferable but not essential.

Terms and Conditions for Appointment
Successful candidates will be appointed on a temporary part-time contract.  Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
