 Adjustment of Registry Services under Covid-19 (Update 1-MAR-22) 24-FEB-22

Dear students,

In view of the severe local epidemic situation, the University has adopted special work arrangements to reduce people flow and social contact.  During this period, only skeleton staff will work in the office to provide basic and essential services.  In this connection, students are advised to contact the Registry by email and use our online services as far as possible.  You are also advised to submit documents electronically instead of by mail to avoid any delay in processing.  Hotline services during office hours will continue but may be intermittently unavailable during lunch hour (1:00 pm – 2:00 pm).

To support the Government’s call for the public to stay at home and avoid unnecessary travel, our counter service will be closed until further notice.

In the meantime, we will continue to provide support and services via email and telephone.  In the event that in-person service is required (such as collection of documents, qualification check etc.), please make an appointment with respective teams in advance.  Should you have any enquiries, please contact respective teams by email and we will respond as soon as possible:
