This study uncovers how the global COVID-19 crisis has changed current HR tactics and future agenda. With a deep-dive approach, we:<\/p>

  1. analyze the impacts of the pandemic on our HR work here in Hong Kong;<\/li>

  3. discover HR measures to enhance corporate wellness; and<\/li>
