Biography

Billy Ng Tsz yu obtained B.A. in Creative Writing and Film Art from the Open University of Hong Kong and M.A in Cultural Studies from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.Before joining the Open University of Hong Kong.He had worked as book editor and arts administrator .
