It is important to remember that assessment is not just a few questions to be answered, but a way to validate if our students are truly learning something. <\/font><\/p> \n          <p align=\"center\"> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ouhk.edu.hk\/ETPU\/etpu2016\/03\/03-c.jpg\" alt=\"Aligning assessment\"><\/p> \n          <p> <font size=\"-1\" face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">If your assessment is not aligned with your learning outcomes and instructional strategies, it can greatly affect student motivation and learning.
